“Sam Cohen I don't know what rink you have been to, but this rink has heat in every locker room and the Zamboni has never broken down when I have been there every day to watch my son play for Newton Youth. I also have never seen any dangerously icy floor inside the rink or I have never seen massive icicles fall from the roof and icy walkway several inches thick or the staircase not shoveled. It is a cold rink but you are going into a hockey rink so you should probably think ahead and dress warm next time. There is one thing I do agree with is the skate sharpening and ice maintenance is AMAZING.”

My story is this - I was really discouraged as I had gained weight this winter because of staying at home. We were going away to the beach for the weekend and my bathing suit did not fit. After trying Macys and not hopeful I thought about Everything but Water. I had never been in the store before and was not hopeful in finding a suit when Rachel asked if she could help. At first I said I was just browsing and then she came around a second time and said are you sure I can’t help you find a new bathing suit? Well I thought I’d give it a try and after several suits she help me find the one! Super comfortable, very flattering and for this I enjoyed myself at the beach that weekend. I was in retail for 10 years it is very difficult, you must be a people person and love what you do - it is obvious that Rachel is one of those people! Because of her they have a new loyal customer?
