“I am rating the service and food a ‘5 star hands down’ rating! Their Napa Chicken Salad is fresh and delicious every time I get one (which is frequent) along with other items :) The service is wonderful! Jen is one of the managers who works there, who I see often and is always on her A-game along with the other workers. Everyone works as a team, they're quick and NOT sloppy! :) Their friendly service has been greatly appreciated and I wanted to personally say thank you to Jen and her team for working so hard! Keep up the good work! I will not be given the same rating to the owner/boss who is not very professional in his behaviors with his team. I witnessed a very unpleasant situation where he was demeaning a team member in the Café as I sat and tried to enjoy my lunch. He's condescending and truly unprofessional and just NOT a nice person at all (based on what I saw and heard). A note to the owner, if you have any problems with your team, please take it outside of your business hours to have these types of discussions and furthermore, you might want to polish up on how you treat people. “A W E S O M E STAFF... I am a long time Pure Hockey/ Total Hockey customer, but the boys in this store did not know that (until they saw my account history). Anyways, we are in town for a tournament, and these guys bent over backwards to help my goalie repair a couple of items. Total pain in the butt maintenance stuff (replace holders on skates, string up some new elastic toe ties), but they did it all for us. Super well-run location of Pure Hockey. Thanks again boys, great job !!!!”

“I had an excellent experience here. There was no wait, no charge. The agent was very friendly and got the problem figured out after a few tests. Went in for a dead battery and it ended up being the charger was dead. It was the right diagnosis because I bought a new charger and my computer is always ready to go. Can't speak highly enough of our agent. We did go mid afternoon and the experience was not a nightmare like I dreaded before I got there. He also went out of his way to let me know the charger could be returned if that did not end up being the cause. Very nice guy!”

“This place was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the large display of paints, colored pencils, paper and other art material. This place allows you tocreates art of your own design as you sit and enjoy your coffee. By the way the coffee was extremely perfectly made and very flavorful. The amounts of detail, attention, and efforts that the owner had put into this place is truly remarkable. “I wandered into Cafe 291 expecting a latte. What I left with twenty minutes later was a lot more! Amazing paintings cover the walls and the extensive menu made choosing difficult. So I chatted with the barista (whom I later discovered was the owner and artist-in-residence. She didn’t rush me and we had a real conversation while she prepared my order. The latte was excellent & muffin delicious. Later I checked out the Cafe 291 website and I was inspired by the owners story and determination. You can have a child’s art party here or attend art for adults sessions here. Now they even have open mic night on Thursdays! A large selection of enticing coffee options, and many baked goods as well. I’ve brought 2 family members there and can’t wait to go back!”

My daughter in laws’ gown had many layers and Julia did an amazing job tailoring and altering so it fit like a glove both beautiful and comfortable for the special day.
