“This is a great family owned company and who doesn't love to shop small!!!? I had the pleasure of speaking to Kim yesterday on the phone about a few things we needed printed for marketing material for the company. She was super helpful and offered for me to come down and grab a few pieces of paper so I could show my boss and the sales team to see what they liked. I took a quick drive down and Kim and Darryl were welcoming and answered all my questions. I quickly learned that they could help me with more printing needs than I thought, so I asked more questions. I got a few samples of paper, a folder, asked about laminating (which they also do) asked a few more questions then I headed back to the office. I took the samples back to the office so we can decide which paper is going to work best for us and I look forward to working with this family owned company for all of our printing needs now and in the future.”

We meet with a bunch of different companies (including Home Depot) and the process was extremely painful. This changed when I met Matt from Ashland Cabinet. Matt took the time to understand what we wanted, and worked to prepare draft versions and plans of our kitchen. Most companies will have you provide the kitchen and other measurements, however Matt took the time to check out the house himself and perform them himself to ensure accuracy. Matt pricing is very competitive, and offers a wide range of products to fit your budget, however the service and installation that he offers is far superior than his competitors. I came across an ad with wonderful options available for outdoor cages, I had to inquire. I can tell you, it's been YEARS since I've dealt with any business owner who cared so much about my experience! We spoke in detail about what options and design would work best for my ferrets .I felt confident that he understood my needs,so I ordered one. I'm do thrilled ! High quality, strong,functional,ABSOLUTELY exceeded my vision!! When I picked it up, he explained every detail, shingles the roof,and even " burned" an image if my beloved ferrets on the door! This man is wonderful,has pride in his work and truly,truly is the definition of a CRAFTSMAN. You CAN NOT GO WRONG! I'll be buying a rocker settee,a picnic table and glider as well. “Update 5/12/19 I was extremely impressed by the way Nancy, the manager, responded to my experience. I revisited the nursery and she personally escorted me around to pick out 18 shrubs to fill my landscape. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made superb recommendations for what I was looking for. I'm changing my 2 star review to 5 stars because I truly believe they value their customers and want to help them make the right landscaping decisions. They have a great selection all nicely laid out, however the customer service I received made me feeling like my business wasn’t valued. I came to the nursery on a Wednesday around noon, so it wasn’t busy at all. I came all prepared- had my yard measured out on grid paper, pictures of each spot and a list of shrubs I was interested in purchasing. I walked around the whole place for about 1/2 hour before I asked a woman to help me lay out my yard. Mind you, I had my baby with me (I was wearing him) so it’s impossible to actually load up any plants. I asked if I can purchase today and pick up on Friday... She was nice, but she tried convincing me I should just walk around some more and just buy a few I like, lay them out in my yard and come back to buy more. Here I am, ready to buy a 15-20 flowering bushes and she tells me she needs to eat. I wasn’t even referred to someone else, which would’ve been the appropriate thing to do. I would’ve understood. I get hangrey too. Anyway, I’m deeply disappointed that I didn’t get the plants because anyone with an infant knows that you have very little time to do anything.”
