“Nice location! Part of the reason why I love Sephora is because of their wonderful return policy. As someone who lives with extremely sensitive skin and skin allergies, it’s a saving grace! I had never been hassled before about returns at Sephora until shopping at this location. I tried a few products, and when they didn’t work for me, went to exchange them the next day. The sales associate went on to tell me what a big loss that was for them, which made me feel uncomfortable and weird. They did tell me that instead of exchanging for a sunscreen (one that I know and love), they could give me a sample (which I refused), and repeated that it was a big loss to return products. I am aware of this, but sometimes I need to return things. I know they were trying to be helpful, but definitely missed the mark. I normally don’t complain, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Either way I will shop here again, but utilize a different location for returns so as not to be made to feel like I’m doing something wrong again. Haha.”

“I haven't been to Buckeye Lake in awhile. I've heard about the improvements concerning the dam and around the boat launches.I also heard about a walking/bike path on the north shore. I went today and walked about halfway and back.I am very impressed by the improvements and happy that an actual pathway that is paved was added. It's 4 miles from the north shore boat launch to Sellers Point. It offers views of the lake that you couldn't see before and you can see how much was put into erosion control on the shoreline.”

I mustve looked clueless because a manager came up to me and helped break down the complex world of weed. shout out to Patrick who really took his time answering all my questions to the fullest and even was helping out everyone else who needed help without skipping a beat with them or me. he made me feel at ease even though I have no idea about any of this stuff. kudos to Patrick and his staff! Prices were a little more expensive than I was used to from the street prices, but knowing that everything was tested and safe for use was an extra step for my peace of mind. At first i didn't like making an appointment to look at their trailers ..but once there it was a great experience.. ..personalized, knowledgeable service that is almost impossible to find these days. I purchased a 5x10 utility trailer. The accessories ; tie down hardware , spare tire with bracket, storage box were optional, I had planned to purchase these items separately and drill and bolt to the trailer frame myself. But they gave me a price that was less than what I would have spent not counting my time and labor..and the accessories were professionally WELDED to the frame. I decided to purchase the accessories ........that was on Tuesday this week.. At 1:25 today, Wednesday, 24hrs later.. I drove off with my new utility trailer...UNBELIEVABLE! “The staff is Always really friendly, they remember who you are. The pharmacy works hard, sometimes there are lines but that is normal, much quicker then other Walgreens in the area.
