“Got here 45 minutes before my appointment and was told that someone accidentally booked me for the frozen building instead of the refrigerated one. Clerk said that I could back up to a door but that he couldn't tell me how long it'd be before they got to me. Fortunately the operator said he had nothing else to do really so he unloaded me right away. It would have been really easy for him to blow me off, but he didn't. Cramped space, but friendly people.”

I was out of county on the other side of the globe, Far East, and had a medical emergency. He personally spoke to my husband and I about my concerns and advised me for what was best for me. After I got back, he again took the time to answer all my questions 3 times in his busy schedule within a week. I never felt he’s rushing or he’s overwhelmed. I am very particular and ask many questions. His calm, collected and patient character is reassuring. I have never received this level of care and attention from any provider for the past 20 years. I am not going anywhere! His team of nurses and front desk were also pleasant, understanding and welcoming. If you’re looking for a primary care, search no more. I am very grateful and happy!!
