They are easy to talk to, very responsive, and did high quality work at a great price. When I noticed my hot water tank leaking , I called Doug who acted quickly and had his team members Justin and Andrew install the new one the very next day. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a terrific job!. Another time, I had called to replace four bathroom sink faucets, re-plumb all the drains, one of which was badly broken inside the wall by the granite installer, and change all of the shut off valves. Again, the team was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job at a good price. I can’t express how nice it is to have found this reliable and friendly team taking care of all my plumbing needs.”

“Prior to meeting Dr. James, I had to deal with vascular issues following deep vein thrombosis particularly with my left leg. It was extremely painful and would swell up and become discolored. I saw 2 highly recommended vascular surgeons in Boston. Both told me that there was nothing they could do and that I would need to wear compression socks for the rest of my life. My PCP referred me to Dr. James. I’m SO GLAD she did!!!! He performed a procedure on my leg which repaired the issue to the point where I have only minimal discomfort occasionally. My leg looks and feels so much better!!! Best of all, I no longer have to wear compression socks! Dr. James was patient with me and took the time to explain the procedure and answer my many questions. I can’t recommend Dr.James enough!!”
