Whenever we felt stuck she came over to help. The only down side is: the place is very small and any odor will spread fast. So, if you have artist with smelly snacks, it’ll tickle your nose immediately. But, it’s up to the attendees discretion.”

“Renew is among the best spot in all of Massachusetts for tattoo and sun spot / beauty mark removals. I have over 20 tattoos and have been removing a lot of them. Their specific machine is made to work 2x faster than any other place (like the most famous ones). My tattoos have faded dramatically in just 4 sessions and will probably be gone entirely in 4 more. I also asked about the other services they offer during my last visit and walked out of my tattoo removal session with 3 brown spots also zapped off as well within seconds. It was a nice surprise since I had grown increasingly upset over beauty marks that kept popping up. I had 3 in a row from my face down and they only took one laser pulse each so it did not even hurt. Dan is the kindest, most patient and fair tech there is. He constantly goes out of his way to make sure I am comfortable and fully informed of the procedure every single time I go in. He is very personable, funny, and kind!”

“Under normal circumstances I’d rather shove needles in my eyes than step foot in the Danvers Wal-Mart. The mere sight of the parking lot from route 114 makes me experience dread. As I step foot in the building and i’m hot with the stink of subway “bread” I know I’ve made a mistake. Numerous times in my life I have turned around at this moment and gone home. Sometimes my mental health is worth more than some rollbacks. Most of the customers and employees make me want to move to the mountains. I go there for one thing and one thing only. That’s where I buy eye glasses for myself and family. Not only are there prices great, but the exceptional service is what keeps me coming back. The people working in optical department are polite and have real expertise. it’s not just one of them. All of them have given me great service. They don’t push any upsells.
