“Reached out to A&L in the middle of a heavy heat wave with a broken A/C issue and they scheduled a service-person to head over early the next morning. Nick was a really nice and knowledgeable guy that clearly explained what was being fixed and how to optimize care for the system to reduce the need of future maintenance. “K so they're actually located across the street from the fire department in Watertown on Main St. They're literally inside of the Gingertown Exchange (shared restaurant) . Let me tell you this place blows Bonchon korean in Waltham away. Hands down wayyyyyyy better. Their wings are so much more tastier, bigger, and fluffier. I ordered takeout so I can't say much regarding their service but if you go to Bonchon often check them out and you won't regret it. No more Bonchon for me.”

“I’ve been here twice now and both times I was very happy with the care I received.. The front desk girls were very pleasant went I walked in! The assistants who came in ask what my issue was and to take my vitals both times came into my room in a timely fashion and were very professional. I saw a nurse practitioner both times and I have to say, I was more than pleased with them!!!! They didn’t rush me, they listened, then examined me. They both explained in depth what was going on and how they were going to treat it.. They were also very patient with all of my questions which is a rarity these days! And just as important, both times I was treated and spoken to with the upmost respect which I so appreciated! I actually had a better experience here than when I go to my primary cares office….I highly recommend this urgent care!!!!!!!!!”

“Just returned from a lovely dinner at Erica’s I had chicken piccata. It was perfectly prepared, served with delicious mashed potatoes that were not garlicky & the green beans just the right texture. Our server was very attentive, charming & efficient. The serving was very generous so she boxed the remainder. The box looked small considering how much was left. When I got home i was delighted to see how precisely it was packed. Dinner for tomorrow night! I highly recommend Erica’s for the reasons mentioned. And price is moderate, the menu diverse and the wine list is good.”

“This was my first time getting my lashes done since covid started. I usually go to someone else and decided to go somewhere closer to home. I was a bit nervous but overall what a great experience. The place is very inviting and the environment is extremely relaxing. Tina did my lashes and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a place and this is close for you I would recommend trying them out. You will not be disappointed. I will be continuing to see Tina every 2-3 weeks. 😊”
