“I received a box braid crochet style with two rows of individual braids across the front. My hair was done in a timely manner and my hair was handled with care. Nothing was tight. Melissa checked on me to make sure everything was okay and asked if I needed anything. The hairstyle came out amazing. 40 minutes later, while at the store, I got a compliment on my hair and was able to give her an Origins of Hair Studio business card. Great service overall!”

“I purchased Franklin Sport Pickleball Sling Bag through Amazon on December 1, 2020. I play pickleball 3-4 times a week and found the bag great. It holds everything that I need for pickleball as well as my phone, glasses, & wallet, and it lightweight making it very comfortable to carry. Unfortunately, last week, I noticed that the smaller, front pocket had ripped along the zipper. It appeared to have been stitched too close to fabric and therefore faulty. I felt that a bag should last longer than a few months so I immediately sent an email to Customer Services as well as photos showing the rip. My email was sent in the evening after work hours. Much to my surprise, I received a response the next day! All that was requested of me was that I send them a photo of my order from Amazon. They explained it would arrive at my home in approximately one week. Again, much to my surprise, it arrived after 3 days! I highly recommend this company. The integrity of a company and its willingness to stand behind their products is very important to me. Franklin Sports is that type of company. I will continue to support them and so should you! L. “This is a great workout center for "mature" folks, especially if recovering from an injury or suffering from chronic aches and pains, but also for just staying in good physical condition. Run by Physical Therapists you get the best advice and training on what to do or not to do. Very health-conscious with HEPA filtration and ultraviolet disinfection of circulating air. Also a great value for the money. Nice facility with adequate number of exercise machines and free weights. Highly recommend.”
