(January 4, 2020, 8:48 am)The service was friendly and great. They were out of avacado at lunch time and they offer guacamole as a substitute on the side. Unfortunately the guacamole was brown like it had been a day or two old and not fresh. But the food was still good. Their bartender is fast on serving up drinks and gets you in and out during a lunch hour.
(January 1, 2020, 9:17 pm)4 stars because it was clean and comfortable with a nicely varied menu, considering that their menu is based on southwest style food. The staff was personable and professional, although today service was on the slower side. I had the quesidilla explosion salad, and it was very good.
(December 6, 2019, 5:02 pm)I came in for lunch on a Friday afternoon about noon. The place was not busy, and I sat at the bar. The bartender promptly took my drink order, and gave me a menu and silverware. I ordered the Southwest egg rolls for an appetizer, and a Caesar salad and potato soup for an entree The egg rolls arrived in short order tasty and piping hot, the Caesar salad and potato soup arrived, perfectly timed, as I was finishing up the appetizer. The soup was very tasty but a challenge to eat because the cheese was a bit stringy. The salad was plain, the greens a bit on the wilted side, but tasted fine. Overall I had a good experience, the staff was friendly and courteous, the food was delicious, and the establishment clean and orderly. My only complaint, mine and the other patrons and staff as well, was the insipid and ever playing Christmas music. While I hate to be a humbug during this time of year, it would be nice if one would only hear a Christmas tune perhaps every tenth song, at least while having your lunch.
