Blue Skies Mobile Home Park

I've lived here 6 & a 1/2 years. Its great for the price. George is the owner and he's amazing. Lance is the manager and he too is amazing. They care about us tenants first and foremost! I don't have any problems here. Its close to a corner store, Speedway gas station, Terrys Terrace and a shopping center just down the street. I'm happy here, I recommend Blue Sky to anyone. There's nothing crimes in here!

It's deceiving when you first see. But it's a beautiful piece of property on the lake.. I visited for a couple days and it's a quiet n nice little park...

Pretty decent place.

PROS: Low rent, good atmosphere, excellent views of Lake St. Clair at the back of the park, close proximity to shopping and I-94 to even more areas.

CONS: Selfridge Air Base is pretty close, so planes fly over and can be noisy, but not a deal breaker, the roads in the park itself are in dire need of repair, a few of the trailers are in need of tear down or replacement, but cannot be replaced due to the road conditions. Due to close proximity to the lake, road flooding can occur during rainy seasons.

That's really all I can think of at the moment. All in all, it's a good area. Management and maintenance are friendly I feel.
