Clinton River

I really enjoyed living in this community, it was friendly people and well kept. Frank is the best maintenance guy I have had who is reliable, respectful, and professional. I would recommend this place.

My daughter lives out there in Mount Clemens close to Clinton townships and I had to get a picture of these bars because they were so close to me and that's kind of unusual for me to see birds that close to anybody else a good site and I took good pictures I love it out there

We have lived here almost 8 years, everyone in the office is great! Clean,safe pool to swim in, nature all around. I love that it's a small community, makes things more personable. The office is always putting on parties, game nights ect.. to keep things fun.

It is a wonderful place to live. You have a scenic view of Clinton River where you can see the fish jump out of the water and has good fishing. There are swans and ducks which are my favorite. Community is well kept and clean. There is also a swimming pool. Wendy, Kim and Frank are wonderful. They go above and beyond. It is affordable and safe for children to play. There is no other community like this one. It is like a big family.
