Have to state I was not thrilled my wife took our vehicle to the first place the insurance company recommended. With that said I was not expecting good service. We had some minor issues with the loaners but being that they had loaners was a plus. All and all the vehicle was repaired properly and done on time. Thank you Ron and your team for dealing with difficult customers calmly and professionally.

Took my car in for some body work before Christmas and was able to get my car back a couple days before Christmas. Great communication ajd staff members are outstanding too and the overall work done and quality , highly recommend!

I used the collision guys for an insurance claim repair on my Chrysler 200. The staff I spoke with, especially Ron, were great and easy to talk to. We walked through all the steps involved in the process and then I dropped my car off. I had asked for a little extra work if possible but I didn't have any extra money for it. I went to pick up my car and not only did they do a beautiful job on the front end but he also did that one little extra project I asked about at no charge to me. They washed and and cleaned the inside and it looked brand new. They took care of my deductible and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire process. I would highly recommend tthe collision guys of Shelby to anyone looking for a quality repair on their vehicle.

First time having to get a car repaired because of an accident and so happy I picked here. It was a fully transparent and easy process from start to finish. Plus, they worked quickly w/ car insurance and a rental car picked me up. I had an issue with an OEM part that was replaced with zero hassle and fast. The friendly and fun staff made a first-time accident experience a lot less upsetting.. thank you Ron and abe you went above what was expected of you. I really appreciate all your help.

I’m still in the process of working with them, but so far it’s been a good experience, at a bad time. My son’s vehicle was totaled and towed there. I went there for my son to empty out his car. The person that was helping us was great. Very polite and informative. He answered all of my (mom) questions and gave me a general explanation of the process we would be going through.
