Rick and Jennifer are the best. My 1989 Jaguar is running like a new car. The service and care for my car at Prestige has always been great!
Both Rich and Jen were amazing to work with. Both of them were prompt, honest, and detailed. They did an outstanding job of being personable as well as professional. I can't imagine going to any other service shop after this experience!
I seriously doubt if I could write a review that truly captured how I feel about Prestige Automotive, and the service and work Rick Steel and Office Manager Jennifer and his crack associates have given my Jeep and me. They are true professionals with their attention to detail on current problems and maintenance, but better yet with suggestions and recommendations for future issues to protect the car and prevent larger expenses in the future. Prestige Auto has pulled my butt out of the fire numerous times by working on my car ahead of schedule and making it all affordable. Folks, this is a 2004 Jeep Liberty with over 207,000 miles that drove to California and back in the last seven months. The Jeep and I would not have made it without Prestige's pre-trip preparation and counseling. Many thanks to Rick, Jennifer, Steve and all the guys.
Rick, Jen & Steve all are good folks. I am sure others who work there are to or Rick would probably ask them to leave. He runs a well organized shop. They are responsive and always try to accommodate. I like the detailed explanations that Rick has the ability to communicate on what's wrong/broken and provide a reasonable solution.
