(May 9, 2021, 7:33 pm)Had what appeared to be an emergency / fire risk issue on Mother's Day - outlet throwing off sparks. Called a couple other electricians and they said "eh, we can maybe come Tuesday."
Don answered the phone when I called, told me the rates (due to Mother's Day) very transparently before I made the decision. He was here in 20 minutes, found the problem, fixed it timely and quickly.
I received the sort of professional service that is hard to find nowadays....
