“I did have a horrible experience this past weekend, which ended with us waiting over and hour for them to cook our steak up and it still never come out. We ended up leaving with no steak 😞 Manager was nice but acted like he was doing me a favor taking it off the bill, thanks but I should not be charged for something I never got. They did give me a voucher for my next visit. We come here often and the service is usually good and the food is almost always amazing!”

“I love breakfast. The Old House Family Restaurant does it right. This is a small place, maybe about 10 tables max located in a small strip mall. I wish I would have taken a picture of the menu. It has all of the standard fare. All three of our plates were cooked properly. I can never get over what many restaurant charge for breakfast. The Old House Family offers a well prepared breakfast at a fair price. Service was excellent from the only waitress working. Sassy and prompt service in a good way. Highly recommended.”

She was really nice I got my food quick. I ask her for a receipt she said they'll give it to me at the next window. When I got to the window I was told there was printer problems . “This is my favorite Subway. On March 22, Taylor made an awesome veggie sub for me. The restaurant was clean, veggies were fresh and service was very good. Today, April 28, Bettany made our subs and they were on par with last months visit. Today, May 19, Shannon made the last two and what can I say - they were delicious. “This is the only Papa John’s I have ever enjoyed. The pizza here is delicious. I’m giving them 5 stars but that doesn’t mean they are without their problems. It’s how they resolved those problems (and how tasty their pizza is) that got them 5 stars. I’ve never had a problem with delivery taking too long from them. However, they are going through a labor shortage problem and I don’t hold that against them. I have had two separate delivery drivers (both new and one even her first day) completely mishandle the pizza and ruin it. The last one had the pizza carrier hunched over her back before handoff. As soon as the pizza was in my hand I could feel it ruined and all the weight to one side. All but a few slices from my 2 pizzas were ruined. But hey, what was left was delicious! The GM personally reached out and credited me new pizzas. The manager has been a pleasure to deal with every time. It’s unfortunate they are going through labor shortage pains but they get 5 stars from me for how they deal with customer complaints”

Everything starting from taking the pizza order on the phone, honoring the coupons, ready on time and two delicious pizzas was pretty much perfect.
