She was extremely scared when she found out she would need a shot to numb the area first. The doctor and staff were very caring, patient, and kind in helping her to calm down to have the procedure completed. Everything was thoroughly explained with the process as well. I would definitely recommend this practice and use them again if needed in the future.”
