Wes is the best service tech, from any service, that I’ve had at my house. He was so calm in the midst of my stress that it helped calm me down. His demeanor and ability to explain things easily made it easier for me to handle. The ease of using multiple payment options made it easier to get the money together to pay. I am completely satisfied with Hoover based on Wes. The other person that made this issue more bearable is Amy in the office. The service was wonderful and you could tell the environment was really positive. Everything was cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend for breakfast!! I ordered a roast beef sandwich with some sides to go. Half my order was wrong and the sandwich was subpar at best. I’m really surprised this place had so many good reviews. I will try it again in case this first experience is not normal for them, but I’m not impressed so far!”
