“My name is Laurence Fitzgerald (Larry). 15 years ago, on Sept. 9th, 2005, I received hip replacement surgery with Dr. Richard Perry doing the surgery. I was scheduled for a 9:00 a m procedure BUT Dr. Perry had some reservations about the sterility of his surgical instruments and directed his staff to RE-STERILIZE his instruments. My IV was capped off, I left Bon Secours (now Beaumont Grosse Pointe), returning about 4 hours later for the procedure at 2:00 p m. He did an AWESOME job and gave me my life back. I had been crippled for at least 2 years in the prime of my middle age (50). It’s now 2020 and I have enjoyed wonderful mobility these past 15 years. Dr. Perry”s exceptionally high standards and dedication to excellence are an enviable level of professionalism rarely seen. I’m not saying Dr. Perry can “walk on water”... but, if he did... I would be only slightly surprised. You can’t do better than Dr. Richard T. Perry!!!”
