**USE ENTRANCE OFF TERNES RD**

Showed up around 3:15am for a 4:00am appointment. Dude on the dock came to take my bills and told me to just pick an open door, empty and rolling in about 45 minutes from arrival. 5/5 experience, wish all late night cold storage delivers were this quick and smooth (no lumpers, big surprise)

I usually give 1 star for no overnight parking, but when companies respect drivers clock, they need to be praised.
I Checked in at midnight for a 0200. At 0140, I was already at the T/A to sleep for the night.
And, everyone I spoke to was nice, knowledgeable and professional.

I delivered at the dry dock last night without a appointment (I did not know that part) ... the very nice young lady had me unloaded in just a few minutes anyway ... I'm local driver and I hope my supervisors bid on more of these loads, cuz I would gladly go there on the regular..

Arrived 1.5 hrs before appointment. Had 3 pallets. In and out in 13 minutes. Had door 6 so backing was pretty easy. Dock doors are pretty closely spaced though.

Arrived right before midnight. Seen three trucks in docks already so I backed into dock 1. Thank god i did because at 12, a wave of trucks had pulled in and had to wait for a dock.

My appointment was at 3AM. Check in starts at midnight! Full trailer, I was out of there within an hour.
