  Took both my cars in to Zack for 8 tires for my Ford Fusion and Dodge Avenger and breaks. My Fusion needed new breaks/rotors and during the inspection Zack found my wife’s Dodge nearly had a snapped ball joint that probably would have caused an accident if not fixed immediately. He even sent me a video upon request of the issue since I was no longer at his shop at the time. Michelle in front office was great to work with in billing and wonderful to talk with and explained how they warrantied their work. Zack even took time out of his extremely busy day to help me with my Dad’s car minor issue when my dad dropped us off to pick up me and my wife’s cars and this place is appointment only right now too with how incredibly busy they were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and prices were very reasonable for the amount of work he out in to my cars.

  I unfortunately had to have my vehicle towed here after I thought the head gasket had blown. They squeezed me in, even though they were completely booked, and even called me a half hour after they closed to let me know what was going on. Sadly my motor was beyond saving, and my vehicle wasn’t worth putting a new one in. They cut out the middle man for me and just paid me what the scrapper would have for my vehicle. They were super friendly, helpful, and kind through this entire stressful experience.

  I still own my first car, a 1992 Ford Mustang. Over the summer, the Mustang broke down while driving and I had it towed to Alpha Automotive.
  
  As a new resident to Berkley, I was a tad nervous about working with a new car mechanic.
  
  Over a few weeks, Alpha was very communicative with updates. Originally, they feared that the Mustang would need an all-new transmission and oil pan. However, they soon did further investigating and realized that they could custom-make some parts for the vacuum transmission modulator. Many other shops would not touch a vehicle of this age, especially with perceived transmission issues. However the Alpha team had a very professional and 'can-do' spirit, and understood the sentimental value that cars have for their owners.
  
  After about a month, my Mustang was fully repaired and has run better than it has in years. I am grateful for the work Alpha performed, and will continue to recommend them to anyone I can. They have gained a loyal customer and advocate for life.

  After recently moving, I began looking for a quality mechanic that was honest and fair in their pricing. I found them! I got an oil change today, along with an estimate for other work that needs to be done. I am very pleased with the service performed, the attention to detail and the very courteous treatment.
