Switched over to Northern recently. I really like them. Diagnosed the problems I was having with my car and then kept me posted while they completed the repairs. My car is driving so much better. Good work, Fair prices and really nice people. I’m glad I found a new home for my car.

This was one of the best experiences with an Auto shop I’ve ever had. Camille was so nice and kept me informed through the entire process. They offered early drop off and late pick up. Rodney took the time to go over everything in depth and answer all my questions. I also love the texting feature, it keeps you up to date and informed on the status of your vehicle. My tire kept losing air. Rodney made sure to get me in to diagnose the problem right away, even without an appointment. He had them fix it quickly and sent me on my way. I appreciated the kindness shown at this business. Rodney was so kind that I scheduled my next oil change while waiting for my tire repair.
