My friend rented out the space for her daughters birthday and it was very sweet. Who doesn’t love cat cuddles on a Sunday afternoon.

Granddaughters first birthday party took place here... nice place... seems like you have to purchase a ticket to enjoy the cats.

Literally the best!! I just made my first trip over there and will definitely be going back. The cats and kittens are all so adorable. I went during 1-2 and they were all pretty sleepy. The staff were very friendly and interacting with the people. Parking was easy to get too. I can’t wait to get back!!!

Please read !🐱‼️ Responding to concerns. To all of the people who feel as if they do not want to go because of some of the bad reviews you should read this‼️
Firstly regarding the smell. I get it a bunch of litter pans that cats use daily is gonna smell a bit but there are many things done to help the smell. The room with all the bad smell is secluded where guests can’t go, the litter pans in there are also scooped more than once daily. The floor is also mopped daily and litter pans are deep cleaned a lot!
Second regarding unfriendly cats. Although there are a couple cats that do not like being pet for multiple different reasons, we have many friendly cats who will be more than happy to play with you.
Third regarding volunteers. This non-profit organization is made up of mostly volunteers. The volunteers are just doing their best to accommodate everybody. If you feel like there are too many volunteers hovering you and possibly staring at you it is probably because you came on a less busy day. Everyone is just trying their best to be accommodating and helpful.
Forth regarding the mandatory “donation”. Now called the admissions fee, there is a $15 per person mandatory donation. This helps keep the shelter running and helps keep the cats alive. This all goes back to food, litter, toys, etc. not only for the cats in the cafe but also in foster homes.
Fifth regarding the beverages and food/ cafe aspect. Technically we do not sell food. The whole aspect of the name is a play on words. Most drinks are free although some are sold at cheap prices. Also the coffee is from Biggby so it is pretty good. The tea is the best possible for prices , it is not the number one priority the cats are.
Lastly, regarding appointments and adoptions. The number 1 priority of the cafe is to get these kitties to safe and loving homes. There is a required application to adopt a cat. It will not be same day because it has to be made sure the cat is going somewhere safe. The goal is to accommodate the adopter/ guest , but if you don’t read the website nothing can be done.
