I had a great experience buying a car here, online. Chad Palmer took my cold call inquiring about a very slightly used EQB. He was engaging, friendly, and quick to follow up, despite me being a few states away. I initially tried to buy a different car from a different dealer, and when I told him, instead of immediately ghosting me, he congratulated me--classy. Turns out the other car deal fell apart, so I contacted Chad again, and found the EQB was still available. The price was very reasonable, and we had the paperwork in motion within a day or two. It is always nerve wracking to buy a car you have not physically seen, but my car arrived literally perfect--not a single imperfection that I can find. The car is a gem. So, very happy here with service and price. We tend to cycle through a lot of cars, and I'll consider returning here for our next purchase. Oh, and the finance department did not try to tack on a lot of nonsense extra fees, that seem to be the norm at other dealers these days--much appreciated.

The team here is top notch. Adam from the service team kept me posted on the repairs required on my vehicle and answered all my questions in a professional and efficient manner. The service tech performed nice clean work, everything is working and looks great!

Tom the Service Department Manager was polite and took time to explain the aspects of Service B as this was the first time for my vehicle. He then was sure to provide a shuttle downtown. Shawn (Sean), the driver, was courteous, respectful of others on the road and to me. Great customer service as always.
