Had an 8:30 service appointment and even with a very involved walk in before me, the GM handled me with respect and kindness leading his team by example. He got me out of there in an hour for an oil change / tire rotation and made sure my experience was above and beyond expectations. I appreciated his effort, the quality of the work and respect that was shown. I felt appreciated and valued as a client.
