Royal Oak Assisted Living

Good service, but the food was a little lacking. For instance, I ordered the big steak omelet and the steak was dried out and over cooked. I barely ate any of my meal. My wife did enjoy her eggs & the pancakes were good.

It was pretty good. But you have to ask for any other flavored syrup other than Maple. And they no longer carry Boysenberry syrup. Which was sad for me.

We were going to see a movie, so we were in a hurry. We ordered off the 55 menu. Received our food quickly. Great service. Food was very good. Great brealfast

My mother lived there her last 2 years and was treated like a princess! She loved the activities, nurses, staff and we couldn't have been happier. Once she needed Hospice, the people of Assured Hospice were equally wonderful. Karen and her crew were fantastic - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The facility is great! The level of care is excellent. The staff is great and very friendly.

The staff at ROH takes wonderful care of our mother. They are all very friendly and treat our mom like gold. The facility is clean and the food for residents is always delicious.

We recently moved our brother to Royal Oak House for rehab purposes. The staff at this facility have been amazing! Attentive, caring, and well trained! They have not only helped with physical therapy, but also make sure he is involved in activities.

Plus, the food is so good that our brother is eating more and gaining strength as a result! We want to thank Karen, Sheila, Rachel (PT) and all of the wonderfully involved personnel at Royal Oak House!!

This facility is newly reopened with a new staff and management. I recently moved a family member into assisted living. They have been extremely helpful during this difficult transition. The facility is lovely and reasonably priced in this market. The staff has gone out of their way to keep me informed and make sure she is safe and happy.
