(April 28, 2022, 10:30 pm)I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Munk's. Chris and Richard were patient, helpful, and informative. The shop is beautiful and filled with good people. Rick walked me through my car, giving me a detailed analysis on it's condition. Chris is clearly a busy guy but patiently answered any and all questions I sent his way. Even after an unexpected snafu (due to a something I installed poorly on the car) the Munks team fixed it, left my car better than they found it, and left me paying less than I had expected. I'd recommend them to anyone!
(September 24, 2018, 10:22 pm)I've been to Munk's three or four times to have my 08 335Xi worked on. I usually speak with George but I've also dealt with Chris, both guys are class acts. They take took time to thoroughly explain the problem, discussed the parts that were needed, parts that might not be needed, and gave me options about how I wanted to handle the repair. Unfortunately for me, the repairs have never been cheap, but I've shopped prices elsewhere and they're competitive. As or the work, I can't complain. The repairs have been completed timely and properly. As an added bonus, they've let me wander around the shop so I could check out the various 911's, Bugs, and Bimmers! I obviously recommend Munks to anyone with a Euro import.
