Tom at Multistate was extremely nice and very professional. They rebuilt my transmission in a little over a week, where as at a dealership it would have been a month.

Always honest, always fixed problem

My daughter (with a new baby) had an issue with her car not going in any gear. I called and Tom and he and his staff took great care of us. He immediately had a tow truck pick up the car and within days had the issue diagnosed. Because of the age of the vehicle, I asked to be contacted on costs and he kept us well informed and stayed within budget. When the car was fixed, my daughter noticed a small issue and they immediately fixed it for free. The car has been running great. I am very satisfied and happy we were able to find a great shop with great mechanics. Tom goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter.
