Secretary of State office

I had an appointment scheduled and everything was fine. Just before I was set to sign for a new state license the site went down. The lady named Sankar was assisting me and mentioned that sometimes it will come back up quickly. I waited for another 30 minutes. Sankar said I could rebook or leave my information and she would call me to reschedule. I left my information. I was gone maybe 10 minutes and received a call back from her and quickly returned. She recognized me as I came back and quickly completed my transaction. She apologized several times and was a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, I noticed a few people behind me returning and she made sure they were assisted.

For the greater lady. She was wonderful. As for the other worker a lousy rep. No patience no empathy.
The lady greeter was above and beyond her job and a pleasure to talk to. God bless her and her family.
