  Silva Mechanical is another person that I can highly recommend. I had Eric install a tankless water heater 2 years ago. I didn't want to write a review at that time because I wanted to see how things would go with any after the sale support. I must says that Eric has been excellent. I have had Eric out since that time to do the annual maintenance. His rates are reasonable and he does great quality work. I have even had other plumbers comment on the work that he has done that they thought it was excellent.
  
  I also want to mention that there was one time where I had a question about the system late in the evening. I called and left a message, thinking that I would hear back from him the next day. To my surprise he called me a short time after I left the message at around 9:00 pm. Great response and great service!

  If you are looking to get a tankless water heater, look no further than Silva Mechanical. About a year ago, my traditional hot water heater needed to be replaced and after hearing about tankless ones, I started looking into it. One of the things I learned was to stay away from the big box retailers, they are not equipped or knowledgeable enough (as they outsource their services and they have limited experience with tankless, in my experience). The sales team was good, but when they came out to my house to prep, I quickly learned it was not going to work. I continued calling around and talking to others who regularly install tankless, I spoke with Eric who was both professional and able to answer my questions. On the day of the install, Eric did an incredible job installing and you can tell he takes great pride in his work (it speaks for itself). I also appreciated that Eric recommended (didn’t force) putting in a re-circulation loop to our master bathroom which is on the other side of the house (to ensure we didn’t have to wait a few minutes for the hot water to reach us). While I originally intended to write this review earlier, I was glad that I waited almost a year, as I can further say how glad I am that we went with a tankless and that Eric installed! To not worry about no hot water has been incredible and a daily reminder how great it is to have a tankless water heater.

  Eric replaced my burnham boiler and hot water heater with a combi unit. Installation was done in one day and couldn’t be happier. It’s been 5 months now and everything works better than expected. The end product is a work of art. Highly recommend.

  Eric did an amazing job on installing our replacement water heater from Rheem. The previous one was installed incorrectly in about every way possible! He came out on a Sunday and got us all hooked up correctly! I've realized it's so important to have a professional install these water heaters. Silva Mechanical knows what they're doing, top notch installations. Highly recommend!

  Eric exceeded our expectations with his service and craftsmanship. Eric was able to fit us in after-hours to look at our leaking tank water heater. While he offered to install a replacement that night, it was late, and we decided to be worked into his next-day's schedule. Eric's pride in his craft is reflected in the quality and precision of his work. The installation of our Navien tankless water heater is simply beautiful. During the work, our floors were protected and all areas inside and out were kept neat and clean. Our home was spotless when Eric left. We have remodeled our entire house, inside and out, and have dealt with several dozens of contractors over the years. Not many of them are true professionals. Eric is among the best we have experienced, I wish there were more like him, and I highly recommend him for tankless water heater installation.
