“I'm a very big fan of Planet Rock's two locations. They have an excellent staff that's very polite, personable, and trained. I personally have a slight preference for the Madison Heights location because it feels more open, more colorful, and has a lovely resting spot. However I have a friend that prefers the Ann Arbor location because they have more routes that he's able to climb and he thinks they're rotated out more often (we haven't confirmed this).”

“I have the highest praise for this Endodontic clinic specifically Dr Spiers. I had no prior history research on Dr Spiers other than that he had been at this location for four years. They have a hard copy package with a background on the endodontist, standard procedures and the clinic. I relied heavily on my dentist who I highly recommend so I felt at ease visiting this location. From my experience in this visit Dr Spiers is very knowledgeable and capable in his field of specialization. He was able to address all my questions directly with relevant illustrations that made it easier to follow the explanations. It was fortunate that there was no need for a root canal and was rectified by a simple minute adjustment of crowns set by my dentist (Dr. Leath, Justin). This tells me that he is not all about profit but rather is focused on details and addressing the true source of the discomfort. If a root canal were needed in the future I feel completely comfortable with his expertise. He spent his time, I felt no rush on his behalf to get to the next appointment, I noticed a general courteousness, professionalism, definitely a master of his field in theory with the ability to relate his knowledge in layman's terms and not lose me in the process. The staff were very likable, professional and appeared to have a general pleasure in their work. The decor is clean, newer updated but nothing ultra modern. Lighting is good, location can be a little confusing to find. Great experience.”

“7 month update: Liz and team have been doing an excellent job and continue to push hard to benefit our girls. They've opened up classroom space in the pre-K to make sure the young 5's group gets age appropriate education. thanks so much! We've been with Gilden Woods for 3 years now. Care was great early on, the center is clean and up to date, I feel like my child eats well. Things got rough in 2020/2021 when the original director left. The interim director was not too great. The good news is that the interim director left. The current director was left to pick up the literal pieces of the center. She seems to be making good strides in a tough situation. The employee pool is smaller than it was and so they've had to make some tough decisions on center hours, offerings etc. Everything seems to be on an upwards trend. The staff seems to be settling down and the kindness/reliability that I saw when we first started seems to be coming back. I think most parents/staff would be lucky to join us.”
