Michelle answered all of our questions explained everything about the school and the curriculum. Michelle then took us on a guided tour of the entire School. She listened and took all of our considerations to find us caring aids to watch our mom during the evening hours. A call out to Carmen. She was so kind, generous and treated our mom with dignity up until the very end. My sister and I were able to get a couple solid nights of sleep to be in better shape to help care for our mom during the day. We had to use a different home health care service last year for our step dad’s passing. What a difference! Home Instead was miles better and we felt more confident with Jeanne and Carmen.”
