“We went to the Rainforest Cafe yesterday. I have to admit that I had my doubts, but it was really cool! There was a thunderstorm every half hour, and fish aquariums, not to mention jungle animals scattered all over. When a restaurant makes its own unique salsas, that tells me that what you're getting is something fresh and that the owner prides themselves on delivering a delicious experience that doesn't come from a cookie-cutter food service. The prices are very reasonable and I never walk away hungry. Get a large chicken nachos to go. It is so full it is served in a pizza box. The menu doesn’t show a vegetarian option, but I asked for it to be made with just vegetables and they agreed to do so. The portion size was slightly big for a lunch meal, but it’s all good since you can always have the leftovers for dinner! The place was very clean and the service was pretty decent too. I’d definitely recommend trying the Sizzle It Entrees!”

However, on our recent visit there was a young African-American young lady who greeted us at the window and she was truly refreshing. Service at most of these fast food locations continues to decline, reaffirming that we need to prepare our meals or simply avoid bad service. However, it felt good to get that service, and I order was correct. If she consistently provides this type of service, please give her a raise.”

“I was hired by doordash to take a few menu items since new owners as of 4 weeks ago, Stewart and Chris took over. They changed about 40% of the menu and introduced some real tasty amercan fare upscale bar food. Chef Poppy knocks it out of the house with a quality presentation coupled with very flavorful dishes. I enjoyed the black and blue salad. The steak was seasoned to perfection and very juicy. I am quite impressed with the atmosphere and looking forward to a newer outdoor dining area. The menu consisted of some soulful recipes. I had the Mac & cheese, collard greens and cornbread. The full bar has very reasonable priced drinks. It is a smaller venue. But they did have a large rented area out back. The crowd was friendly and I definitely recommend this place for a good time.”
