He helped me improve my speed, strength, vertical, and all of my stats across the board. With these improvements I was able to get college offers and successfully play in college. Josh really cares about everyone who comes in to train and will tailor your workouts to you and your sport’s needs. Josh is also extremely knowledgeable and will explain why the drills we do are important and how to use correct form for running and lifting.
