His illness progressed for 3 LONG months and Dr. Suzanne was ALWAY available; she works some crazy long hours and is one of the most caring and giving Dr's I have ever known. “Fabulous experience, from sales through installation. We walked in with a sketch and some ideas on what we wanted, and Parker quickly formulated a solution that was exactly what we wanted. We never felt pressured to replace equipment we already had and instead Parker worked up a solution to incorporate what we wanted to keep. We were able to schedule the installation around our schedule, and the team confirmed the appointment the day before. On installation day the team showed up on time (a rarity with all our other contractors these days), were very friendly and professional, and not only installed the equipment but did all the setup and showed us how to use the equipment. Highly recommend this team! Very focused on customer experience. I'll return to them next time we need an upgrade!”
