Rick walked me through my car, giving me a detailed analysis on it's condition. Chris is clearly a busy guy but patiently answered any and all questions I sent his way. Even after an unexpected snafu (due to a something I installed poorly on the car) the Munks team fixed it, left my car better than they found it, and left me paying less than I had expected.
