Grocery dept is always fully stocked and organized. Produce always looks good and the deli selection is excellent. Floors are always waxed and cleaned. Great frozen selection as well. Very impressed with how they consistently make the store look good.”

Roger quickly diagnosed the problems and explained everything clearly and honestly. He went above and beyond to fix it, kept in touch with me, had it done the next day! He also did extra work to fix my bumper to "surprise me"! The staff are all very considerate and professional! They even gave me a ride to pick up my car! The price for the repair was great, considerably less than other places. Roger is awesome, honest and provided excellent customer service! I will definitely return to this business!”

“After 10 years having my Segway, the back battery died. It was purchased in downtown Chicago and I didn't want to bring it there for new batteries. After looking online, I found Great Lakes Segway and I couldn't be more happy that I did! Jody was so helpful and informative about all my questions. They shipped me 2 new batteries (which I put on by myself!) I received them in 2 days and they included all the return labels needed to ship back my old batteries, and Jody arranged for the pick up with UPS. It couldn't have been easier! I even got a $250 refund for the front battery because it was still good! I very highly recommend Great Lakes Segway for any of your Segway needs!! 10 stars!!”
