Austin fixed the small leak problem (an old split pipe) and then went to evaluate the potentially expensive issue. His evaluation - there was NO issue. He clearly COULD have abused my mothers lack of knowledge and over charged, as many in the past have done. Competent - Honest - Reasonable - Fast - Trustworthy”
