“We took several friends out for dinner and fun on the town for Valentine's weekend, our driver Richard was amazing, very professional, clear with suggestions, and that night was slick on sidewalks due to snow and ice, Richard stepped up to offer everyone and confident and steady hand as we got in and out of the Limo, the lady's really appreciated that. Our driver offered the group a bit of humor without overstepping the lines comfort. We had an awesome night and didn't have to worry about anything, which is a huge relief. “Today i went to the Tim Hortons at victoria avenue, and i got wrong coffee and this location was on my way, went there and I asked to replace my coffee to one of the team member , i guess she was on training because she had training badge on, then she called her supervisor to handle my complaint and replacement. Supervisor her name was Mandip, i might wrong to spell her name, she was happy to replace my coffee that was really nice, she apologized for wrong coffee even she didn't do anything wrong about mine coffee. really impressed by the customer service.”
