Whether on the phone or in person, every interaction I have with staff is a pleasant, positive one. Any time I have an emergency or feel stressed about my pup, they answer my questions on the phone and squeeze us in for an appointment if need be. The quality of care we receive is top notch. I know he is always in good hands. I also appreciate that they don't run expensive tests just to charge us more money. They are very honest with what tests or procedures they advise. They were able to fit me into their schedule much sooner than I expected. The shingle delivery was right on time and well-coordinated with the installation crew's schedule. I especially appreciated the installation team's professional courtesy, camaraderie, neatness, and very coordinated teamwork. To my amazement, they finished a tear-off and reroofing in just one day and left the grounds in perfect condition. A representative returned the following morning to make a final inspection and a few touch-ups. I would highly recommend Tresnak Construction for your roofing needs.”

“I chose Dr. Ellen for a bilateral breast reduction surgery. From my first time visiting the office I have been absolutely amazed with the entire staff. Kim, Dr. Ellen's PA, is nothing short of amazing. She is so kind, took all the time needed to answer my questions and made sure I was feeling comfortable about the procedure I was needing. Sharon, who handles the insurance, was wonderful. She made sure I was informed the entire way. I was very nervous leading up to the procedure. No one at Dr. Ellen's ever made me feel as though I was bothering them with questions or wasting their time. I had my surgery two weeks ago. I chose Beaumont Royal Oak (which was an amazing choice - they are fantastic as well). The entire staff at Dr. Ellen's continue to exceed any expectations I had. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Ellen for any plastic or reconstructive surgery needs. You will not be disappointed. Definitely do your own research but don't be surprised if you end up right back at Dr. Ellen's office. This type of surgery can be very scary (especially for someone such as myself having never had any plastic or reconstructive surgery prior). The staff will make sure you are well taken care of.”
