“I can’t say enough about Midwest Construction. We are so happy with the work they have done at our bilevel home. The design solved a water issue we had. The workers were amazingly skillful, professional and friendly. In total we had a new driveway designed to divert water into a drywell which was 5 ft deep, a new retaining wall and flower beds along the new drive. The stairs gets compliments by anyone who walks up them. The sidewalk was elevated to avoid a step up into the house. All these things were designed to divert water away from the house which is Amazing and beautiful. We were introduced to Brandon Fischer, Mettlework Designs to do a railing on the stairs and porch which we love. Thank you Sam Issa for being on site often, making sure things were running smoothly and always checking to see if we had questions. You sent a very skillful crew to our house. We very much appreciate the work they did. I would recommend Midwest Construction without a doubt based on the design and skill of the workers that completed our job.”

“The store itself is a bit crowded. Not with people, but with things LOL there are some places you cannot fit a cart through. The bathrooms were clean. The staff is really sweet, it is definitely "the place with the helpful hardware folks". They have A LOT of cool random things in the front too. “Fantastic service and high-quality lumber! Chelsea Lumber, particularly Doug Holzer were instrumental in helping me, a relatively inexperienced DYI-er build my dream deck and Pergola! I had a rough design but Doug helped me choose the right sizes and materials to make it happen. This review is a little overdue as this project happened in Summer 2020 but even during the pandemic, the staff were courteous, professional and honest. Even when I had the occasional board that was damaged or warped or something, they had no problems exchanging said pieces, no questions asked. At the end of the project, I had leftover materials that had sat in my driveway for 3 months and Chelsea lumber still gave me a full return for every extra single board and fastener. I would highly recommend this local supplier for all your home improvement projects over the big-box stores. The level of service was night-and-day. Thanks again Doug for helping me build the coolest deck in my neighborhood!!”

“In defense of the employees; this location gets a lot of disrespectful people who steal and move items around like nobody's business. It's hard for them to keep up with on a daily basis with a short staff. That being said, (most of) the staff are very kind people. The corporate side of the company couldn't care less about how hard they work some of their management staff though. It's apparently policy that the bathroom doors be locked at all times and if you need to use it you have to pull a manager away from their work to unlock it for you like a six year old asking a teacher for a hall pass. and god FORBID you ask the cashier for bathroom help because they will ANNOUNCE IT OVER THE INTERCOM.. again this is apparently POLICY. I dunno, just seems really asinine to me. Other than that, I see most of the managers intensely fast walking all over the place just to keep up with their employee and customer requests. Oh and never have I ever seen MANAGERS stocking as much as these guys do. they don't have any stocking staff whatsoever. So the 1300+ boxes getting stocked on the shelves every week? Thank the two main managers for that, Blue Beanie and Red Beard 👏👏👏 (I do not know their names but that's what I'm calling them and you should too)”

He has an impressive eye for design, and makes himself available to you night or day. When you contact him, he replies right away —every time. Kitchen And Bath Square is one-stop shopping. They do it all. They renovated my master bath, my third-floor loft, and then because I saw the quality of the workmanship, I right away hired them to renovate my other two bathrooms. On top of that, they painted my whole house, and built a pantry and a closet. They put recessed lighting in my entire house, and also put new hardwood flooring on my second and third floor. Like Sal-, his carpenters and electricians are talented and trustworthy. I loved what they did so much, that I recommended them to my mother, who is now using Kitchen And Bath Square to renovate her new house. As I said in the beginning of this review—Stop looking!!! Austin and Noah did a fantastic job building the perfect set of dresser/nightstands for us. We loved them so much, we had them build a headboard to go with it.
