“People were very nice, they had some coloring activities and a bounce house set up for kids and lots of pumpkins to choose from. Appreciated that everything was outside or covered but well-ventilated and it wasn't as crowded as other places so we felt safer with our newborn. Great prices on donuts and produce. Would have loved the option for warm donuts and cider but that's not their main operation so it makes sense they didn't have it and everything was tasty anyway.”

All of my communications were professional and I was informed of my service date and they let me know when the truck would be arriving at my house. Jeff (their serviceman) emptied my 1500 gallon tank efficiently and was knowledgeable about septic tanks and systems. He was able to answer my questions and explained the condition of my tank and that it was in good shape. Jeff took pictures of my tank's risers to add to my file - it's so much easier if you know where to dig. I felt that Jack Spack Septic gave me great service at a good price. “Fantastic service and high-quality lumber! Chelsea Lumber, particularly Doug Holzer were instrumental in helping me, a relatively inexperienced DYI-er build my dream deck and Pergola! I had a rough design but Doug helped me choose the right sizes and materials to make it happen. This review is a little overdue as this project happened in Summer 2020 but even during the pandemic, the staff were courteous, professional and honest. Even when I had the occasional board that was damaged or warped or something, they had no problems exchanging said pieces, no questions asked. At the end of the project, I had leftover materials that had sat in my driveway for 3 months and Chelsea lumber still gave me a full return for every extra single board and fastener. I would highly recommend this local supplier for all your home improvement projects over the big-box stores. The level of service was night-and-day. Thanks again Doug for helping me build the coolest deck in my neighborhood!!”

“Very clean! I had not been to a laundromat in 20+ years. But my dryer broke and it was two weeks before it was repaired. I was pleasantly surprised and have to say I enjoyed my experience. With the oldies playing I not only got my loads done fast, but it was very inexpensive. Friendly people, and the owner, Paula came in every time to make sure we were all doing well and happy. My dryer is fixed now, but I will always have fond memories of my experience at The Mat. Thank you!”

Very nice owner, never a bad experience and generous in the community. I gladly drive an hour each way to shop every couple of months. (And you must grab Frank’s pizza while in town.) Would give 6 stars if I could!”
