“We worked with Adam / the AK team to design and complete our landscaping. They aren't the cheapest but the quality of their work is great. Communication was great and even though we made some changes the change orders were reasonable. The payment process with them is very easy. We hired them to maintain our lawn and so far they have been great! We've heard from multiple friends about scheduling issues with their contractors/landscapers and while there were a couple delays during the landscaping installation AK was good about communicating with us and in the end everything was done well(which is what really mattered to us).”

You can’t even really call her sales, because she is the COMMUNITY MANAGER who typically gets to hand these situations off. BUT she is doing the job of 20 employees easily and doesn’t even break a sweat. Nor complain. Just greets you with a smile and you can tell she has pride in her community and wants to see it be great. I explained to her that I made the decision to move in truly after our first conversation just based on how we vibed. But when I turned the corner on Whittaker, and realized my sons school was at my right. And pulled into the community and noticed the SUN WAS VISIBLY SHINING BRIGHTER I was sold. We are renting now, but as soon as we get the green light, we will be purchasing our first home as a family! And I’m honored that this is where we’ve chosen to start our next chapter. “Wasn't sure what to expect but the website looked like this might be a local version of a Texas Roadhouse and I would say it was a very good comparison if you have never been to this local small chain of locations. The food was very well prepared and tasty. I was really happy that my filet was cooked to a true mid rare. The service was great. We will be regulars when we need an easy quick night out.”

“Outstanding, great physician, great staff, always on time. Only issue is the TV in the lobby, and the sound is always on. TV just has basic medical information than any educated and informed person should already know and seems to be presented as though I'm in kindergarten. I just stand in another part of the room but it would be nice to sit down. Maybe it's just me but i can't stand it and consider it noise pollution. Still 5 stars overall though because of the excellence of the people!”
