  We had a great experience with our salesperson, Kirk. We spent several hours here looking at trailers and fifth wheels. Kirk was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was clearly very knowledgeable about all the trailers on the lot.
  
  We didn't make the big purchase (yet), but we will definitely be back!

  They were great answered all my questions and we got a great rv. Thought we were not going to be able to pull it. But I was wrong and my truck pulled it fine. They are really great and would go there again.

  We recently purchased our 3rd RV from General RV Center. Everything from the sale to delivery went off without any problems. Other than a couple of minor cosmetic issues that I repaired myself, our new trailer was delivered very clean with each system tested and and demonstrated.
  
  A special shoutout to Angel, Adam, and the person who works at the parts desk (sorry, I can’t remember your name) for dropping everything to help me with my back-up camera system.
  I had the camera system installed when I purchased the trailer. During the demo it was found that my particular truck needed an special adaptor for the camera system to function. The adaptor was ordered and came in on the promised date.
  The very next day, a Saturday morning, I was pulling my trailer out of storage for our first trip and could not get the camera system to function. My wife called General RV and they said bring it there and they would help me.
  The three of those people worked on my camera system for at least 45 minutes or longer trying to get the system working. It was finally found that the purchased adaptor was faulty. They replaced it and the camera system worked fine.
  
  My sincere thanks to Angel, Adam, and the third fellow for their diligent efforts to resolve the issue.
  That is great customer service!
