This place is great they got my car in fast and with a quickness let me know the problem as well as cost of repair which was absolutely far so I had them fix it as well as had my husband car brought in and fixed as well. Definitely recommend 👌

Most of the time I do my own repairs, however within the past six months. The three times I have been into a bind and couldn’t do the work. This shop has far exceeded my expectations and is absolutely trustworthy. I will continue to go to them for any of my automotive needs. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This poor family on there way home to Florida broke down. Without going into detail, they were very legitimate. They were not scammers. They had been in the freezing cold for 8 days with only the heat of there car to keep them warm. They had 2 little dogs as well. We got them a hotel room thanks to a wonderful church. Ryan who is a wonderful person, quoted a very good price to fix there transmission and wheel bearings. The work was done as promised, AND they knew these people really needed help, so out of the kindness of there hearts, the family there ALSO put a badly needed tie rod on the car as well.
Have you ever heard of a car repair shop doing this!!!! No. Brownstown Auto not only has great prices, does what they say there going to do, but also BIG HEARTS. Honestly the best experience I have had taking my vehicle to a mechanic. Neal and company were professional from start to finish and gave me a honest opinion about the condition my vehicle was in and explained the options I could take. Communication was great while they had my truck in shop!! It felt like family was taking care of me. Pricing is fair. Turn around time is seriously unmatched. Highly recommend! Truck is running better than ever!
