(May 29, 2020, 6:26 pm)Quick and painless, I did almost everything online or by phone and it took maybe an hour total. After that, the car was delivered and I did a quick test drive, signed some papers, and it was all done! The only downside is that they don't provide maintenance records, but there is a 7 day buyback period (use this time to get your mechanic to check it thoroughly). I will likely buy from here again in the future, it's a breath of fresh air compared to sitting at the dealership all day.
