The mechanics here, especially my boy Matt, are the only people I’ll let touch my cars when I don’t want to. They are very smart and very thorough with repairs. I’ve had a lot of bad impressions with shops downriver, but this shop is the best I could imagine. I purposely go out of my way from LP to get vehicles to them specifically when I need something. “This place is great if you come in to work on time and as scheduled. They pay employees for the hours they are there and not for the hours they are not there. Management really listens and has employed incentives for employees to show up on time and everyday they are to be at work. There is a large board that shows attendance of everyone employed and if you hit the full month with perfect attendance you get a small bonus added to your pay for that month. The biggest problem with working at this company is that there are far to many people who take zero pride in the work they perform, think they are special, do the job any way they feel like it, get upset when told their quality of work is poor, are careless and have no integrity. The few who do care do great work and it shows. As far as the social environment throughout the company goes it is great. Employees can joke with each other without someone getting their feelings hurt and management can be seen throughout interacting with all. No work environment is perfect or without its elements of stress and this company has its share but when it is hitting on all cylinders management notices and is quick to tell the employees thank you. The flip side to that is you can expect the same when things are not going like they should and employees walk around with the that's not my problem attitude.”

“I had a side by side fridge that worked great but I hated it. I wanted a french door fridge but didn't want to spend thousands. I went into A & B during my lunch break and was short on time. I picked out a fridge I liked and they agreed to take my old fridge in for a break towards the new one. They explained to me what repairs had been done on it on the fridge I picked out (replaced compressor) and gave me a 90 day warranty. The purchase was super fast and easy (I was in and out in about 10 minutes); every one was super friendly and professional and we scheduled delivery for the next day. So I ended up getting an amazing Whirlpool french door fridge for only $800 with trade in of my previous clean working fridge. When I got home I looked up the fridge that I bought from A & B and my jaw hit the floor when I saw that it retails for $2999! Delivery of the fridge was top notch. The guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. They had to disassemble my front door and screen door hinge, take the old fridge out and then bring the new fridge in piece by piece and assemble it in my kitchen. They took care of the water connections and gave me clear instructions on next steps. I tipped the guys $21 but honestly they deserved more. Five stars. I will recommend A & B to everyone I know who needs an appliance. They saved me $2200 and hooked me up with a bougie fridge that I would have never bought at full price. Great service, great prices. A+”

“Jason came on time and cleaned my stairs, landing, and my large area rug in the basement. It had deep pet stains which had been there a long time. I didn't think that he would be able to get it cleaned but he did a spectacular job! Plus, he moved pieces of furniture out of the way, cleaned the area rug under my stairs, and as an added bonus even did the area rug in front of my washing machine. The price was very reasonable, so I gave him a tip. I highly recommend this SunGlo company to anyone who wants their carpets or rugs professionally cleaned.”

He was at my truck within 30 minutes and towed it to his shop where he replaced my studs and helped me get back on the road within a couple days (dealer parts required). Outstanding!!
