I got quite stressed out and numb the last couple years during the pandemic and I can really feel like myself again - getting back in touch with my joy - since doing weekly classes with Andrea. She’s amazing!
Her insights and deep knowledge of the yoga practice, as well as her natural empathy and intuition, are very special. One of the very best teachers I’ve ever had.
