“I Always have a Decent Experience here. They do there best to help you save money. I bought 4 new tires not too far back one got a nail pretty soon after in a spot that was questionable to patch. They patched it anyways and I got a couple more months out of tire but ended up having to replace it. They discounted a new tire for me. They are prompt with there service as well”

“This is a little late but I’m extremely big on customer service so I was very impressed with the service I received here. Moe was a fantastic representative he didn’t try to oversell me on my kids phones. He was polite and funny. The color my daughter wanted needed to be ordered that was no issue. He called me promptly when it arrived. When I went back to return the old phone I worked with Cameron and he was just a joy to work with also. I really think surrounding stores especially the one on Telegraph near Michigan Ave. Should come to this store and take tips on customer service.”

“I called to order a funeral arrangement and spoke to Patty. (I later found out she and her sister Mary own the shop.) Patty was very helpful. She was warm, kind and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service, especially at a difficult time. Even though I could not see the flowers, Patty told me which flowers were especially fresh and beautiful, and she helped me choose what I hoped would be a heartfelt expression of love and sympathy. I chose a beautiful Belgian crystal cross to add. The floral arrangement was absolutely lovely and truly exceeded my expectations. “As an Asian-American with thick hair, I was so relieved to have found this place on Yelp! Excellent customer service. The space is vibrant and clean. It has a very professional and new feeling to it. Esther was very attentive and meticulous the entire time. At other hair salons, I have sometimes felt like they were trying to rush my haircut to get to the next customer, but Esther took so much care with my hair, I felt as if she was cutting her own. Additionally, there is a rewards program. After 10 haircuts you get a free haircut or deep conditioning! AND after getting a haircut you are automatically entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win around $25 of free hair supplies. Her young children love picking the winners every month from the raffle box. She also had me fill out a client form to list my birthday, hobbies, occupation and preferred appointment time. It was a small touch, but it made me feel like more than a transaction and that this salon cares about me. Esther is personable and shared that opening up a hair salon of her own in Arizona has always been her dream. Well, Esther, congratulations on your successful business, and I am so happy that there is a stylist in Tucson who can cut my Asian hair!”
