Recorded 3 full CD's with Sean. He is a great person to work with. Knowledgeable and very helpful with all aspects of doing a project from setup to final mastering. Lots of good software too.

What can I say about Sean Morse and Mission Studio? Well, both as a part are a hidden gem in "Downriver" Detroit area Michigan. You dont know what your in for when you walk in the door, once you settle into the control room and then the studio itself, it has this magic little vibe that cannot be denied. Quite literally its a little Sanctuary with a BIG SOUND!! That sound is all brought to you in part by the man behind the board, owner Sean Morse. He truely is a most genuinely kind person. And his calm, relaxed, no pressure attitude always sets a postive vibe during any session. Being a professional and very talented musician himself, he has that ear, followed by a powerful love and devotion to make and record really great music. Which to me is what The Mission Studio is all about,To make great music, for the LOVE of music.. I have been so lucky to record, and use the studio for several different occasions. Sean always goes above and beyond, and I cannot speak enough of his graciousness. I am very THANKFUL for all that he does! The results from all the recording sessions ive done there never ceases to amaze me! Sean and his small crew make it look so effortless, From solo acoustic or patch tracks to big bands, The Mission Studio is fully capable to fullfill any musician and or band needs at an affordable price! Sean's prices at The Mission are more than fair all while being competitive with other studio's. He's not clearing out your checking account, but he has to keep the lights on too! You never leave there feeling short changed that is for sure! Do yourself a favor, look up the Mission Studio, and or give Sean a call, you will not dissapointed

Incredibly great experience at the Mission Studio. Sean provided a very high level of professionalism and expertise, along with great equipment and environment. Rates were affordable, and perhaps most important: Sean is one of the most enjoyable people you will ever work with. Highly recommended!!

We recorded a few tracks for an acoustic duo with Sean. It was an absolutely fantastic experience! Sean has a great set of ears, great setup, and made sure he was effective in the use of our time. We fully intend to use The Mission Recording Studio in the future.

We cut our album in it's entirety here. The space is wonderful, and very conducive to creativity. Sean is a musician himself, and incredibly knowledgeable. As someone who dabbles in recording myself, working with him was like getting free small lessons in the art of engineering and mixing. More importantly, he's a great guy who's honest and was willing to lend a hand in any way he could to make the record better. We loved working here, and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a studio space that offers more than a room and a by-the-numbers engineer. Sean knows his stuff, and he's really created something special.
